• Manufacturing machinery is designed, built, wired, programed, debugged, and tested in house. So if you should require any changes to the machine, whether it be new components do to changes in your part size and shape or replacement parts, we can make and get the parts you require quickly and efficiently.
  
• Manufacturing machinery that will take individual components and assemble them with time constraints.
  
• Custom machinery that will take bar stock, feed, face, chamfer and part off finished components. Machinery that we design comes with a complete drawing package including purchased component lists and sources for said components. Our drawing packages have assembly drawings, exploded views, parts lists, and individual details of the components. All of our component drawings are appropriately dimensioned and toleranced so that any machine shop could make the components or replacement components. This allows you to get quotes on the building of the machine and/or replacement components from anyone you choose.
  
• 3D Design and modeling of parts and assemblies. Designing most things in 3D before making them allows us to fine tune the design, check all clearances, check the weight, add weight relief (if required), and verify tolerances. Our customers have said that it is nice to see the complete machine/part and make changes even before a single part has been made, which saves time and money for you and us.
  
• Hydraulic Piping, specializing in schedule 160 3” and 4”, thick wall pipe bending, welding and installation. All piping is bent on site, at the time of installation, allowing us to run the pipe as close to other components on your machine as you choose.
  
• Welding Fixtures for chairs, appliance paneling, and about everything else. Fixtures we have built have ranged from simple, just using hand clamps to hold components, to elaborate, including PLC and air controlled welding fixtures for use in CNC laser and robot welders.
  
• On-site machining of small and large components. Drilling, boring, and machining in hard to reach places. We have repaired and turned bearing journals 13” in diameter that are 20 feet above the ground. Bored the face of large steel plates with a 24” diameter hole 6” deep and held a tolerance of ±.005”. We have the capabilities to solve any problem you have. We have power tapped dozens of holes in presses that are 1-1/2”-6 thread, though we have the capacities to go much larger.

Our employees are skilled in a variety areas which allows us to tackle almost any project completely in-house and to respond to our customers needs with unparalleled speed.

We keep stock of a variety of materials to allow us to respond quickly. Materials include: Aluminum, Steel, Alloy Tool Steels, Plastics, and multiple types of Bronze.

We stand behind our parts and machines 100%. If something should go wrong, we respond quickly to fix the problem. Most of the time, we can have you back up and running within hours of your first call. We take the time necessary to complete the job whether it is outside our working hours or not.

Have a machine that broke a shaft? We can turn around most emergency repair parts the same day or the following day, even if it is for a machine we did not build.
