On-Site Machining and Repair

 Have a machine that broke a part? We can turn around most emergency repair parts the same day or the following day. 

 We have benders to bend pipe from 3/8" to 4". We specialize in schedule 160 3” and 4” (4-1/2" actual), thick wall pipe bending, welding and installation. All piping is bent on site, at the time of installation, allowing us to run the pipe as close and tight to other components on your machine as you choose. 

 On-site achievements of ours include:

• Repaired and turned bearing journals 13” in diameter that are 20 feet above the ground
  
• Bored the face of large steel plates with a 24” diameter hole 6” deep and held a tolerance of ±.005” and faced the bottom of the bored hole
  
• Used our power tapping rig to drill and power tap large holes in bolster plates and press faces

 Drilling, boring, machining, and welding in hard to reach places is what our on-site crew is good at.
