Machinery Repair and Restoration

 Have a machine that broke a part? We can turn around most emergency repair parts the same or following day.

We keep stock of a variety of materials to allow us to respond quickly. Materials include: Aluminum, Steel, Alloy Tool Steels, Plastics, and multiple types of Bronze. 

 We have been restoring machinery on and off since the company's start in 1983. Some of the restored machinery was for use here in our shop. We have the experience and capabilities to restore or repair almost any type of equipment. More than a two dozen machines have been restored by us.

For an example; we were recently contacted about a lathe that the clutch was not working in. They had been un-able to find parts or a repairman for the lathe. After contacting us we determined that there were no parts available as well as no manual or parts brake downs. We had to disassemble the lathe blind. We found a hydraulic clutch that had galled and warped clutch plates and chipped and missing teeth gears in the head. After reconstructing a clutch plate we custom made replacement clutch plates and installed them. The new gears for the head were finished in a matter of days since some of them were chipped and missing teeth. Once the lathe was working again it was determined that the spindle bearings were bad as well. We proceeded to find the proper size and spec bearings to replace the spindle bearings with and made the replacement. All of these repairs were completed on-site at the customers facility.

If parts had been available for this lathe, these repairs would have been easy and could be completed by anyone. But due to the nature of the repairs our experience and capabilities allowed us to repair a lathe that no one else had been able to repair.
